BCB – Business Chances Berlin in Club Dialog


We offer a free comprehensive consulting service for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and employers’ associations on the recruitment, employment and labor market integration of skilled professionals from third countries.


The BCB project is a sub-project of the Berlin Regional Integration Network (RIN) and is coordinated by the Senate Department for Labor, Social Affairs, Equality, Integration, Diversity and Anti-Discrimination . The BCB project is funded as part of the  IQ – Integration through Qualification funding program by the  Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs (BMAS) and the European Union via the  European Social Fund Plus (ESF Plus)

Advice on recruitment opportunities and channels for skilled professionals from third countries, support in the search for personnel.

Entry for qualification purposes

Advice on qualification measures for obtaining full recognition of the qualification or for admission to the labor market; placement in other IQ qualification programs.

Immigration and visa procedures

Overview of the new Skilled Immigration Act (FEG 2.0) and the benefits/instruments for employers; advice on the different types of visas and the residence requirements for employment in Berlin.

Recognition of foreign professional qualifications

Advice on the recognition procedure in the context of immigration with the aim of taking up employment. Overview of funding opportunities.

Staff retention and integration

Advice on hiring staff from abroad, on onboarding processes for international colleagues, on diversity management as a strategy for securing skilled labor and on intercultural competence development.


The Business Chances Berlin (BCB) project is funded as part of the “Integration through Qualification (IQ)” funding program by the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs and the European Union via the European Social Fund Plus (ESF Plus) and is administered by the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees . The partners in the implementation are the Federal Ministry of Education and Research and the Federal Employment Agency
